We founded Rocks-and-Roots with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable experiences. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Cancelation Policy

We understand plans can change, and we have a cancelation policy in place to ensure a smooth and fair process for all participants, Please note the following details; Refunds: refunds are only available if you cancel your session 72 hours before the event. However please note that Wix fees are non refundable as they are charged separately from by the payment processing platform. Rescheduling: You are welcome to reschedule an appointment to another available slot if within 72 hours of appointment. Classes and events are not reschedulable unless there is another date already in the calendar. Cost Consideration: Our cancelation policy reflects the advanced costs we incur when organising and staging each event. These costs include planning, advertising, food and drink, materials and supplies. By adhering to this policy we can continue to deliver high quality events and sessions and ensure a positive experience for all.
